Prepare for the “epic re-release” of the two-part film series Gangs of Wasseypur, arriving in select theatres tomorrow (August 30). Director Anurag Kashyap announced the news on Tuesday, sharing the show timings for each city on Instagram. A dedicated schedule has been set for Part 1 and Part 2, which will be shown for a week, from August 30 to September 5. Both parts will be presented in the 2K format. Echoing a renowned dialogue from the film, Anurag Kashyap stated, “Sabka badla lene aa gaya tera Faizal. Gangster Week begins from 30th August to 5th September with the epic re-release of Gangs of Wasseypur Part 1 and Part 2!” The first part debuted in 2012.

The film Gangs of Wasseypur boasts a stellar ensemble cast including Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi, Jaideep Ahlawat, Huma Qureshi, Richa Chadha, Rajkummar Rao, and Piyush Mishra.

In Akola, Amravati, Kolkata Newtown, and Dombivali, ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ Part 1 will be shown at 4:15 pm and Part 2 at 7:30 pm. Jaipur’s Entertainment Paradise will follow a similar schedule. In Chandrapur, the showtimes are 4:30 pm for Part 1 and 7:45 pm for Part 2. Kolkata Saltlake will screen Part 1 at 2:30 pm and Part 2 at 5:35 pm. The film will also re-release in Ranchi, Vasai Dattani, Goregaon Anupam, Nalasopara Funfeista, Ambernath Starcity, Ulhasnagar Ashok Anil, Pune Spinecity, Mulund R-Mall, and Ambernath Starcity.

Residents of Noida, Faridabad, Saharanpur, Gurgaon, Delhi-Shahdara, Ghaziabad, Sonipat, Hisar, Kanpur, Nandurbar, and Jodhpur have the opportunity to re-watch Gangs of Wasseypur. Additionally, select theaters in Ahmedabad are also showcasing the film.
