Humankind, the rapper famous for the viral song “Big Dogs”, is all set to star in his first film. The film will be directed by Aashiq Abu.
Humankind took YouTube and the internet by storm with his last release, “Big Dogs”. Now, it seems like the Bangalore rapper is all set to step into the acting world, giving Indian rappers an international foothold. He will make his acting debut in Aashiq Abu’s Rifle Club, in which he will play the son of Anurag Kashyap’s character. On Sunday, Hanumankind posted the character poster of the film on Instagram Stories. The blood-red poster showed him holding a gun and in a menacing expression. In the post, Aashiq Abu wrote, “Introducing @hanumankind as Bhira.
According to reports, director Anurag Kashyap is also making his Malayalam debut with the film. He also shared the character poster of the film and wrote: “Introducing @hanumankind as Bheera (fire emoticon), my volatile son.”
