Colleen Hoover
Colleen Hoover was born Margaret Colleen Fennell (December 11, 1979). She is an American writer. He writes mainly novels in the genre of romance and stories about young teenagers. Colleen Hoover is best known for her 2016 romance novel titled- “It Ends With Us”. He self-publish several works before being selected by Griha Prakashan. As of October 2022, he has sold nearly 20 million of his books. In 2023, Time magazine ranked him among the 100 most influential people in the world.
Early and personal life
Hoover was born on December 11, 1979. His birthplace was Sulfur Springs, Texas. His parents were Vennoy Fight and Eddie Fennell. She was raised and raised in Saltillo, Texas. He completed his higher education from Saltillo High School in 1998. Her husband is Heath Hoover, whom she married in 2000. With whom she has three sons. Hoover also holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Texas A&M-Commerce University. Before starting her career as a writer, she also did a lot of social and educational work.

Hoover began writing his first novel, “Slammed,” in November 2011. The novel was inspired by the Avett Brothers‘ song “Choose What to Be and What to Be,” and incorporates the Avett Brothers’ lyrics into its story. After the success of Slammed, Hoover left her previous job in social work to become a writer.

Hoover’s next novel, “It Ends With Us”, was published in 2016. It is Hoover’s “most difficult book”. This novel was written to defend victims of domestic violence. The story, which tells the story of a child victim of domestic violence, is based on Hoover’s personal experience and life as she lived during her youth. The main character of this book is “Lily” who becomes a victim of domestic violence at a young age.

In 2021, Hoover’s popularity on TikTok increased. As a result, in January 2022, Hoover topped the “It Ends With Us” best-selling list.
